The Property Fund is a medium to high risk orientated portfolio constructed to produce optimised risk adjusted returns from investments in Australasian and global property securities.
The objectives of the Property Fund are to accumulate a desirable capital sum in the long term. The key factors that determine the returns on the investments for this fund include property rentals,dividends,interest rates and changes in market values.
Investors should note that there is risk that negative returns can be experienced in any of the DorchesterLife Investment Funds as the investment assets acquired for the Funds are linked to investment market price movements and currency fluctuations.
