Balanced Fund

The Balanced Fund is a medium risk investment portfolio constructed to balance investment exposure between fixed interest securities, and shares/property assets.

The Fund assets are invested in investment sectors to achieve broad diversification across global and local markets. The proportion of funds allocated to each investment sector is determined, monitored and varied from time to time to adjust for changing economic and market conditions.

The objective for the Balanced Fund is to achieve both income and growth that produces returns which exceed bank deposit rates on a tax paid basis over the medium to long term.

Investors should note that there is risk that negative returns can be experienced in any of the DorchesterLife Investment Funds as the investment assets acquired for the Funds are linked to investment market price movements and currency fluctuations.

Further details relating to the fund options are contained in the relevant Investment Statement.
